1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
Instructions:
In a large pot, combine the beef bones, pork bones, chicken, lamb, and sausage. Add enough water to cover the meat by at least 2 inches. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Simmer for 2 hours, or until the meat is tender.
